If there are no design drawings, then the brand's product packaging needs to be designed. It is best to provide vector graphics for design drawings, because the enlarged vector graphics will not be distorted, not affected by resolution, and the picture quality is good. When designing packaging and printing, the graphics can be arbitrarily enlarged or reduced without affecting the clarity of the drawing. The packaging printing resolution refers to 300 pixels/inch, and pay attention to the use of CMYK printing color mode to improve the quality of packaging printing.

The size of the packaging box and the type of box used also determine the price of this sample box. Of course, the size and type of the packaging box also determine the competitiveness of this product in the market.

Ⅲ. The proofing price. 

This is priced based on the box type and material used. Many customers think that the price of proofing is too high, so why is it high? In fact, the sample box will be finer than the finished product in terms of printing and construction period, and the cost of use will be relatively higher than that of mass production, because materials will be customized according to this sample box. When the packaging samples are completed, another problem will arise, that is, the customer does not mass-produce the packaging boxes in the packaging factory where the samples are made, but chooses to produce in other packaging manufacturers. Therefore, the high sample cost is also to avoid such problems. In other words, if you choose to carry out subsequent mass production in the same packaging box manufacturer, the cost of proofing will be reduced or even no proofing cost will be charged.

Ⅳ. Problems that may arise during the proofing process.

1. The graphics and text of the printing plate do not match the original. This is a situation that no one wants to see, and it is not good for the plate maker, the printing house and the customer, but there is no better way to do it than to rework.

2. Hue deviation. Due to the application of the digital proofing system, the plate making factory will generally make a digital sample before the plate making for the printing factory and the customer to confirm, and the effect of the digital proof is also close to the actual gravure effect.

Therefore, as long as the printing process control of the packaging factory is relatively stable and there is not much fluctuation, there should not be too obvious hue deviation.

3. The layout is easy to be dirty. This is related to the quality of the chrome layer. Generally speaking, the chrome layer must meet certain brightness and density requirements. Generally, the surface texture of the chrome layer is required to be controlled at 400-600 strips/cm2. Within this range, the layout is not easy to get dirty. But even a particularly dense chrome layer, if it is rough and not bright enough, is easy to get dirty.

4. The printing endurance of the printing plate is low. From the point of view of the plate maker, this is mainly related to the hardness of the chrome layer. Generally speaking, the hardness of the chrome layer should be controlled between HV900-1000. The hardness of the chrome layer is low, which of course affects The service life of the printing plate, but the hardness of the chromium layer is too high, the internal stress is relatively large, and the chromium layer is prone to burst (also known as "explosion"), which will also affect the printing durability of the printing plate.
